Arabic Juniors Academy (www.arabicjuniors.com) is an online Arabic tutoring service owned and operated by The Learning Hub FZE, based in the UAE. Arabic Juniors offers live, interactive Academic Arabic Tuition classes tailored for students from Grades 1 to 10. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a binding contract between Arabic Juniors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Parents or Guardians or any persons (“you” or “client”) who enroll their children (“your child”) for our services.

• Definitions

  • Academy: Arabic Juniors, the official online platform (www.arabicjuniors.com) that provides live Arabic online tuition and academic support for children.
  • Package: The monthly charges payable by the student or parent for availing tuition classes under a selected plan provided by the Academy.
  • Tuition: Hourly online Arabic tutoring sessions agreed upon at registration.
  • Tutor: A qualified instructor registered with Arabic Juniors to provide tutoring services.
  • One-to-one Tutoring: One student to one tutor per session.
  • Group Tutoring: Between 2 and 6 students with one tutor per session.
  • Hours: The number of tutoring hours specified at registration and confirmation.
  • Service: The course or tuition package agreed upon in the confirmation.
  • Free Trial: A free 30-minute class to help the student get to know the academy and understand the tutor’s teaching approach before starting a monthly plan.

• General

  These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Arabic Juniors and supersede any previous agreements or understandings. By enrolling your child, you confirm acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you should not proceed with enrollment or use of our services.

  The tutors engaged with Arabic Juniors operate as independent contractors; no employment relationship exists between you, Arabic Juniors, and the tutor.

• Cancellation, Replacement Tutors, and Rearranging Classes

  • 3.1 Cancellation: To cancel the class, students must inform the teacher and the admin at least 4 hours in advance. If the notice is given later than that, the class will not be rescheduled.
  • 3.2 Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled by contacting the Admin Team, depending on the tutor’s availability or a substitute and within the duration of your selected package. Cancelled or rescheduled classes must be completed within the same month and cannot be carried forward.
  • 3.3 Tutor Replacement: If your assigned tutor is unavailable due to illness, leave, or any other reason, we will arrange a qualified replacement. You will be informed in advance, and you can choose to continue with the new tutor or request a refund.
  • 3.4 Tutor Change Requests: If you or your child wishes to change the tutor for any reason, please contact the Admin Team. We will do our best to accommodate your request and assign another qualified tutor.

• Fees and Payment:

  Fees are payable monthly in advance according to the selected package. An invoice for the upcoming month will be issued every 28 days and must be settled within 2 days of receipt. Failure to make timely payment may result in a temporary pause of classes. If payment is not made on time repeatedly, the student’s enrollment may be cancelled.
  
  In cases of non-payment for completed classes, Arabic Juniors Academy reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Tutors at Arabic Juniors:

  All tutors are carefully selected and vetted to ensure they are qualified and capable of delivering high-quality Arabic tutoring. Our tutors undergo quality checks and training to maintain the standard of our teaching services.

• Our Obligations:

  At Arabic Juniors, we will start by confirming all the important details of the service you want during the enrollment process. We will assist you in choosing the most suitable package based on the students’ needs and requirements. Once the package is selected, we will assign qualified tutors to the students and arrange the lesson schedule as agreed with you. Throughout the time you are with us, we are committed to providing timely support and addressing any issues or concerns you may have to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience.

• Refund policy:

  If you decide to leave the Academy, you may request a refund for any remaining classes that you have not yet attended. No refunds will be given for classes that were already attended or missed without proper notice.
  
  Please inform our Admin team so we can take the necessary action. Kindly allow us 24 hours to process your request. Once the refund is initiated through our payment gateway, the amount will be returned to your original payment method (account or card) within 7–10 working days.

• Your Obligations:

  As a parent or guardian enrolling your child with Arabic Juniors Academy, you are expected to provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain open communication with our team.
  
  It is important that your child attends all scheduled classes on time and behaves respectfully towards the tutor. We kindly ask that students maintain good conduct during class to ensure a positive learning environment.
  Additionally, you are responsible for making payments on time as per the agreed schedule to avoid any disruption in services. Your cooperation is essential in helping us deliver the best possible learning experience for your child.

• Service Modifications:

  Arabic Juniors Academy may update or make changes to our services at any time without prior notice. These changes may include updates to tutors, teaching materials, pricing plans, terms and conditions, or other aspects of our services. While we make every effort to keep all information current, some updates may take time to be reflected in this agreement. We appreciate your understanding if any updates cause minor inconvenience, as all changes are made with the aim of enhancing our services and delivering the best possible learning experience for our students.

• Use of Content:

  All materials provided during sessions or through our platform are for your personal learning use only. Copying, sharing, or using our content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited and may be considered illegal. Any unauthorized use of our materials could lead to legal action.

• Service Disclaimer:

  Use of our website and services is at your own risk unless stated otherwise. Arabic Juniors Academy does not guarantee that:

  • The website or classes will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of technical issues.

  • The results or learning outcomes from using our platform will always meet your expectations.

  • The quality of any content, services, or learning materials will always be perfect or error-free.

  • Any technical errors on the website will be immediately fixed.

  You are responsible for protecting your own devices and data. We are not liable for any damage to your computer, loss of data, or issues caused by viruses or technical faults while using our site or services.

• Third-Party Content/Links:

  If you violate any of these Terms, break the law, or misuse third-party content or links, you agree to take full responsibility. Arabic Juniors Academy, including our team, tutors, and partners, will not be held responsible. You will be responsible for covering any legal costs or actions that may result from your actions.
  
  We also do our best to avoid sharing any harmful or suspicious links. However, if you ever receive a suspicious link claiming to be from Arabic Juniors Academy, please do not click on it and report it to us immediately.

• Dispute Resolution:

  If any disagreement or issue arises regarding our services, classes, or these Terms and Conditions, it will be handled under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
